Seraph Oluwabusuyi Emmanuel Adepoju was born over four decade ago into the family of Late Pa Adepoju of Ijesha Land in Osun State.
He is a graduate of Estate Management from Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke (OSCOTECH). He wasthe Best Graduating Student and Best Pioneer Student from the Department of Estate Management.
Seraph Adepoju is a seasoned and professional Estate Surveyor & Valuer. He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and Registered with Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
He started his career with Bode Adediji Partnership, the Pioneer Multi-Disciplinary Estate Firm in Nigeria and was actively involved in consulting for major Banks in Nigeria on Property & Asset Valuation, Property Acquisition and other property related assignment. Other notable Consultancy works include, Nationwide Asset Valuation of Total Nigeria, Merger & Acquisition of Total Fina & Elf., NLNG, Asset Valuation of Eko Hotel & Suites and Federal Government Properties in Ikoyi etc.
He later joined the Estate Department of First Bank Nigeria Plc. in 2006 and left First Bank in same year to join First City Monument Bank as the Pioneer Estate Officer of the Bank. He rose from the level of Estate Officer to become The Team Lead, Property Management, later promoted to the position of Head, Property Department and presently the Group Head, Property Development & Management Services, FCMB overseeing Property Acquisition & Leases for the Bank, Construction of Branches, routine maintenance & repairs of Branches bank wide, Property & Facility Management of Bank Assets and others.
He has presented papers and lectures in Churches, Retreat, Conventions, Workshops & Trainings, mostly on Discipleship, A Growing & Healthy Church, Church Management & Leadership, Youth Mentorship, Finishing Strong etc.
Seraph Adepoju is an honorary Doctorate Degree holder in Youth Empowerment and Leadership from Confirmed School of Theology.
He is an ordained Apostle of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church. He is the Youth Shepherd, CSMC, Iyanu O’lopin, Ketu, Surulere District.
Seraph Adepoju started C & S Church Unification, Institutions of Higher Learning in Nigeria, Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke (OSCOTECH), in 1994 and presently the Chairman, Graduate Forum OSCOTECH Chapter, C & S Unification, Institution of Higher Learning, Nigeria.
He is happily married and blessed with children.
